The challenge.

Strong offline reputation. Zero digital presence.

The clinic had been operating for six years with a loyal patient base built entirely through word of mouth and referrals. The founder knew the business needed to grow beyond that — but had a website that hadn't been updated since 2019, no Google Business Profile, and no real visibility in local search.

The brief was clear: build a digital presence that matched the quality of the clinical work, attract new patients actively searching for wellness services in Hyderabad, and do it without losing the personal, trust-driven character that had built the business in the first place.

The challenge was twofold: most wellness clinics in Hyderabad either look clinical and cold or overly design-forward and impersonal. Neither was right for this client. We needed a brand and website that felt warm, professional, and deeply credible.

Our approach.

Strategy before design. Discovery before a single pixel.

We started with a two-hour discovery session — understanding the patient journey, the services offered, the competitive landscape in Hyderabad wellness, and the specific search terms patients were actually using to find clinics like this one.

Keyword research revealed a gap: most competitors were optimising for generic terms ("wellness clinic Hyderabad") but ignoring high-intent service-specific searches ("sports massage therapy Hyderabad", "clinical nutrition consultation Hyderabad") that had lower competition and higher conversion intent.

Brand strategy came next. We defined a visual and tonal direction — warm, professional, human — and created a brand identity that worked across the website, social profiles and clinical materials. Only then did we move to design and development.

The execution.

Bespoke build. No templates. Zero compromise.

The website was built on Next.js with a headless CMS — giving the clinic owner the ability to update service pages, add blog posts and change team information without touching code. Fully responsive across desktop, tablet and mobile, with Core Web Vitals scores in the green from day one.

SEO was built into the architecture from the start — not added as an afterthought. Every page had a unique title, meta description, schema markup and canonical URL. We created a location page targeting Hyderabad specifically, service pages for each treatment area, and a content plan targeting the high-intent keywords identified in discovery.

Google Business Profile was set up and optimised with full service descriptions, photos, opening hours and a review acquisition process. Within three weeks of launch, the clinic appeared in the local 3-pack for their primary search terms.

We also set up GA4 with conversion tracking — so the client could see exactly which pages, keywords and traffic sources were generating enquiry form completions. This data drove continuous improvement in the weeks after launch.

The results.

Doubled enquiries. Page one rankings. Measurable ROI.

Within eight weeks of launch, monthly enquiry volume had doubled compared to the previous six-month average. Organic traffic was up 340% year-on-year by the end of the quarter.

The clinic ranked first on Google for their primary service terms in Hyderabad — displacing a competitor that had been in that position for three years. Seven additional service-specific keywords reached page one within 90 days.

The client reported that the quality of enquiries had also improved significantly — patients arriving via the website were coming with clear service intent, having already read about the treatments and pricing. Consultation-to-booking conversion improved by around 35%.

The Google Business Profile now generates an average of 45 calls per month directly — a channel that simply didn't exist before the project.
