1. Acceptance
By using nexagrow.in or engaging NexaGrow Digital for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
NexaGrow Digital provides digital services including website development, software development, SEO, digital marketing, brand identity and IT consulting. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project proposal and agreement signed by both parties.
3. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables created specifically for their project. NexaGrow Digital retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies and general knowledge. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Typically: 40% at project kick-off, 40% at review milestone, 20% at launch. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. Work may be paused on significantly overdue accounts.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any business information, strategies, client data or technical information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
NexaGrow Digital's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages including loss of revenue or business opportunity.
7. Website use
You may use nexagrow.in for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to compromise the security or functionality of our website, scrape content without permission, or use our content or brand materials without written consent.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active clients of material changes.
