Indicative. Every project is scoped individually based on your specific brief — complexity, timeline, integrations and content requirements all affect the final investment. We provide a detailed proposal with a fixed price after an initial conversation.
What's the minimum project size?+
We work on projects from ₹30,000 upward. Below that, the economics don't allow us to do the work properly — and doing it properly is the only way we work.
Do you charge in stages or upfront?+
Projects are typically invoiced in three stages: 40% at project kick-off, 40% at design/build review, 20% at launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
What's included in post-launch support?+
All projects include a post-launch support period (typically 30–90 days depending on project size) — covering bug fixes, minor content updates and technical issues. Ongoing support after that is available as a retainer.
Who pays for the domain name?+
Domain registration and renewal is borne by the client. We'll advise on the right registrar (we recommend Cloudflare or Namecheap for .in domains) and help you set it up — but the domain is registered in your name and paid directly by you. Typical cost: ₹800–1,500/year for a .in or .com domain.
Who pays for website hosting?+
Hosting is the client's responsibility and is set up in your name and paid directly by you. We recommend cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure or managed cloud providers depending on your requirements) — the right choice depends on your site's scale, traffic and technical needs. We'll advise on the most cost-effective option for your specific project and help you set it up. Typical cloud hosting costs range from ₹500–5,000/month for most SMB websites.
What other third-party costs should I budget for?+
Beyond domain and hosting, common third-party costs that are borne by the client include: Contentful CMS (free up to 25,000 records — sufficient for most sites), Google Workspace email (₹150–300/user/month if you want a professional email), stock photography if required (we'll advise), and any premium plugins or integrations specific to your project. We'll flag all expected third-party costs clearly in your proposal — no surprises.
What about ad spend for marketing campaigns?+
Ad spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is billed separately and paid directly to the platform — it doesn't pass through NexaGrow. Our management fee covers strategy, setup, creative and ongoing optimisation.
